Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Operations Officer to manage returns and reconciliation processes across multiple B2B e-commerce platforms . The role will involve close coordination with internal teams, external partners, and platforms to ensure timely processing of returns and accurate financial reconciliation. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end return management on B2B e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon Business, Flipkart Wholesale, Udaan, etc.). Track, verify, and resolve return requests, disputes, and claims from B2B partners. Perform daily reconciliation of returned goods, payments, and platform transactions. Collaborate with warehouse and finance teams for physical return verification and inventory adjustments. Coordinate with platforms for missing return credits, chargebacks, and claim escalations. Maintain accurate records of returns, reconciliations, and platform communications. Generate reports and MIS related to return trends, discrepancies, and operational KPIs. Continuously optimize return and reconciliation processes for efficiency and accuracy. Requirements: Bachelors degree in commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. 13 years of experience in e-commerce operations , preferably with B2B platforms. Strong understanding of return and reconciliation workflows. Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP/e-commerce dashboards is a plus. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset. Preferred Skills: Experience working with platforms like Amazon B2B, Flipkart etc. Familiarity with GST, credit notes, and basic accounting.
