Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lead Conversational AI & Delivery to drive the end-to-end execution of enterprise-grade chatbot, voicebot, and GenAI solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise in Conversational AI, LLMs, and backend systems with proven leadership in client engagement, agile delivery, and team management.This role requires ownership across solutioning, delivery, optimization, and customer success while working closely with cross-functional teams and enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
Conversational AI & GenAI Delivery :
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of chatbot and voicebot solutions across industries such as Telecom, Aviation, Retail, Healthcare, Finance, and E-commerce
- Architect and deploy AI-driven conversational solutions using platforms such as OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, Dialogflow, STT and TTS services
- Drive prompt engineering strategies to optimize LLM outputs for context-aware, high-accuracy conversations
- Oversee multilingual conversational flows, escalation logic, fallback strategies, and persona consistency
Technical Leadership & Architecture
- Design and optimize scalable backend architectures using Node.js, MongoDB, Express.js, RESTful APIs, and microservices
- Ensure system performance, security, and reliability for high-traffic enterprise chatbot deployments
- Review architecture, code quality, and technical design to ensure best practices
- Support ML/LLM model deployment understanding and AI automation workflows
Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary client-facing technical and delivery lead
- Translate business requirements into scalable conversational AI solutions
- Drive roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and iterative improvements in collaboration with clients
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, delivery excellence, and KPI tracking
- Agile Delivery & Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of 1520+ developers
- Manage Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) including sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives
- Identify delivery risks, manage dependencies, and ensure on-time project execution
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and DevOps teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
Core Skills :
- 5-8 years of experience in Conversational AI, backend development, and solution delivery
- Strong hands-on experience with :
- Chatbot & Voicebot development
- LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and GenAI workflows
- Node.js, MongoDB, REST APIs, Microservices
- Experience with OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, Dialogflow, STT/TTS platforms
- Solid understanding of scalable system design and real-time data processing
Leadership & Delivery
- Proven experience in client handling, delivery ownership, and stakeholder communication
- Strong background in Agile project execution and SDLC adherence
- Experience mentoring teams and driving engineering best practices
Nice To Have
- Exposure to product management or roadmap ownership

Education
