We thrive in a collaborative environment where creativity meets technical expertise to deliver seamless digital solutions.   Role Overview   We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Application Developer with in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in React Native. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms, ensuring exceptional performance, user experience, and scalability.   Key Responsibilities   - Design, develop, and deploy cross-platform mobile applications using React Native. - Collaborate with the UI/UX design and backend teams to implement complex features and integrate APIs seamlessly. - Maintain and enhance existing mobile applications to ensure performance, scalability, and usability. - Write clean, reusable, and testable code following industry best practices and coding standards. - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application bugs and performance issues. - Stay updated with the latest mobile development trends, tools, and technologies, especially in React Native and JavaScript frameworks.   Required Skills & Qualifications   - Proven experience in mobile application development using React Native. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and understanding of modern frameworks.  - Experience with API integration (REST APIs, JSON, data integration). - Hands-on experience in debugging, performance optimization, and troubleshooting. - Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control and collaboration. - Understanding of UI/UX design principles for mobile applications. - Exposure to native Android (Java/Kotlin) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development is a plus.   Preferred Skills   - Knowledge of collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Slack). - Experience with Firebase, push notifications, and real-time data integration. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile app deployments.   What We Offer   - Competitive salary & performance-based incentives. - Opportunity to build impactful solutions for India’s Trucking sector. - A collaborative, learning-focused, and growth-driven work environment. - Flexible work culture with exposure to cutting-edge technologies.
