Telecalling Team – Job Descriptions1️⃣ Welcome Telecaller (Driver Onboarding)Role Objective: To warmly welcome newly registered drivers, introduce TruckMitr, and guide them through the first steps of app usage. Responsibilities: Call every new driver within 24–48 hours of registration. Explain the benefits of TruckMitr in simple, friendly language. Assist drivers with login, app navigation, and first-time usage. Capture initial queries/issues and escalate if required. Maintain call logs in CRM. KPIs: % of new drivers contacted within 48 hrs. Driver satisfaction during onboarding call. Drop-off reduction in first 7 days. Skills Needed: Fluent in Hindi (regional languages preferred). Warm, empathetic, driver-friendly communication style. Patience and ability to explain step-by-step. 2️⃣ Profile Completion TelecallerRole Objective: To ensure drivers complete their profile with all necessary details, documents, and verification. Responsibilities: Follow up with drivers who haven’t completed their profiles. Guide drivers on uploading Aadhaar, DL, RC, bank details etc. Explain the benefits of verification (more job opportunities). Track completion status and push drivers until 80%+ completion. KPIs: Profile completion rate. Verification success rate. Average time to profile completion. Skills Needed: Detail-oriented, persuasive, and target-driven. Knowledge of KYC/driver documentation. Clear explanation skills. 3️⃣ Training & Engagement TelecallerRole Objective: To push drivers to adopt training videos, quizzes, and gamification features, increasing stickiness on the app. Responsibilities: Call drivers to encourage watching training & safety videos. Promote quizzes, badges, scratch cards, weekly challenges. Explain how coins/rewards benefit drivers. Motivate inactive drivers to return to the app. KPIs: % of drivers completing training modules. Quiz participation rate. Weekly Active Users (WAU). Skills Needed: Motivational and enthusiastic communicator. Ability to build excitement around gamification. Basic digital literacy to explain app functions. 4️⃣ Transporter Support TelecallerRole Objective: To engage transporters, ensure job postings, and match them with the right drivers. Responsibilities: Call transporters to assist with job posting. Explain how to use the app effectively. Match job requirements with available drivers (if Sales Manager unavailable). Collect transporter feedback on drivers. Escalate high-value transporters to Sales Manager. KPIs: Job postings per transporter. Transporter retention rate. Driver-job matching success. Skills Needed: Professional, B2B communication skills. Persuasive to increase transporter postings. Quick problem-solving mindset.
