Job Description – Outbound Telecaller Position: Outbound Telecaller Industry: (Add: Insurance / BPO / Sales / Telecom etc.) Experience: 0–2 years. Salary: (Mention your range – e.g., ₹10,000 to ₹18,000 per month) Location: (Madhusudan nagar,unit-4) Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database. Explain products/services clearly and professionally. Generate leads and convert them into sales or appointments. Maintain daily call logs and update CRM/software. Follow communication scripts and company processes. Handle customer queries politely and provide accurate information. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets and conversions. Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professionalism at all times. Requirements:Good communication skills in Hindi/English/Odia (as per your requirement). Basic computer knowledge. Ability to handle customer interactions confidently. Must be target-oriented and motivated for incentives. Immediate joiners preferred. Benefits:Attractive incentives based on performance.
