1) Senior Business Development Manager (Sn BDM) Job description & Responsibilities Responsibilities and Duties. -aking outbound calls to potential clients and existing customers and managing incoming calls. -Modifying sales pitches in response to customer demand -Candidate should know drafting, LinkedIn, and Skype. -Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal. -Strong phone and verbal communication skills -Familiarity with CRM systems and practices -Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively Qualifications and Skills Diploma/ Graduate having minimum 1 year experience in BPO sector.
