Noida, Monday to Model: Hours: 9:30 AM 7:00 7-8 us: MJ Global provides Printing & Packaging solutions and products to clients across sectors including Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Food & Beverages, Pharmaceuticals, Electronic Goods, Retail, E-Commerce, Textile, Cosmetics, Writing Instruments and Footwear. The company has received multiple awards from industry bodies and clients for innovation and manufacturing excellence. 5 Manufacturing locations across Noida, Dadri, Greater Noida and Baddi (Himachal Overview: We are looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to partner closely with our COO, Ramit Bhatnagar, in driving strategic priorities and operational excellence. This role goes beyond execution, we want someone with an owners mindset: a self-starter who takes initiative, drives outcomes, and solves problems proactively. You will be instrumental in building scalable processes, managing cross-functional projects, and ensuring that the organization operates with efficiency and focus. The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic thinking, operational execution, and a willingness to get their hands dirty, preferably with experience in manufacturing or operations Responsibilities:

• Drive strategic and operational initiatives in collaboration with the COO.
• Represent the COO in meetings and operational settings when required.
• Visit manufacturing plants regularly to monitor operations, resolve issues, and support on-ground teams.
• Develop and manage MIS reports, dashboards, and KPIs for performance tracking and decision-making.
• Identify process gaps, implement improvements, and ensure seamless execution across business units.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Support vendor management, negotiations, and external stakeholder relationships.
• Conduct market and industry analysis to identify growth & Experience:
• 7-8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing, operations, or a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Proven ability to handle operational and administrative tasks with accuracy and speed.
• Strong analytical skills & ability to distill data and present actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, MIS and ERP systems.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multi-location operations.
