Job Description

2. Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Reporting

Collect, compile, and analyze data from various departments.
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc MIS reports.
Maintain dashboards, trackers, and performance reports.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across systems.

System & Database Management

Update and maintain internal databases, spreadsheets, and ERP systems.
Ensure smooth functioning of MIS tools/software.
Coordinate with IT team for system upgrades and troubleshooting.

Business Analysis

Identify trends, variances, and insights through data analysis.
Present actionable findings to management for decision-making.
Support management in forecasting, budgeting, and performance reviews.

Process Improvement

Streamline reporting processes to improve efficiency.
Develop automated templates and reporting tools (Excel/Power BI/ERP).
Ensure data compliance and security standards.

3. Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Macros preferred).
Experience with MIS tools, ERP systems, and data visualization (Power BI/Tableau).
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

4. Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, IT, Statistics, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in MIS/Data Reporting roles.
Experience in the relevant industry (optional).

5. Additional Requirements

Ability to work independently and in a team.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Flexibility to perform ad-hoc tasks as required.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
