Job Description

Role Objective · Responsible for uniform sampling of finished products and reporting to concern head. · Ensure the correct code of production/ formulation, also ensure the same with physical and chemical analysis and give assurance for process. · Ensure FIFO should follow for all ingredients and finished products. · Monitor cleaning process in plants in daily round. · Continuous monitoring on mixer CV, conditioner steam temperature, cooler temp, sieve test before starting the production. · Implementation of SOP at plant level & its verification. · Involvement in new product trial & its verification. · Sharing of daily & monthly reports on time. · Sharing the respective online deviation to concern dept head. · Withdraw the samples from the mixer, conditioner, pellets, cooler, & bagging to check the moisture content at lab. · Verify the pre-mix batches before addition in mixer. · Physical verification of Mixer, Grinding Mill (Blade Changing) & sieve verification. · Daily verification of stack cards as per respective materials & qty. · Daily plant round with respective of Good manufacturing practices & highlights the issue with concern dept head. · Checking of Molasses density & its calibration every 15 days & its records. · Physical verification of RM during batching. · Physical verification of PP bags & Jute bags during the bagging if any deviation observed kept these bags separately. (Like tore, printing matter smudge, stitching issues, tag no’s, Colour & length diff, Liner in gunny bags.) · Change-over verification, check fumigation process in plant · Verified expired material (RM & FG) in plant & inform to the concern dept.to proceed further. · Ensure finished feed texture as per our internal parameters. 2. Responsibilities Product Sampling and Reporting · Uniform Sampling: Responsible for uniform sampling of finished products. · Reporting: Report findings to the concerned department head. Sample Analysis · Withdraw samples from the mixer, conditioner, pellets, cooler, and bagging to check moisture content in the lab. Raw Material Verification · Physically verify raw materials during batching. 3. Qualification & Experience Educational Qualifications: (Additional Certification Required if any) · Science Graduate Relevant Experience: · Min 2 years Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
