The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate management information systems, supporting management decisions with timely reports, and ensuring efficient coordination between sales, service, and accounts departments. --- Key Responsibilities: Prepare, maintain, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to sales, service, and accounts. Monitor branch performance metrics and highlight deviations or trends. Maintain and update customer databases, inventory reports, and financial summaries. Coordinate with sales and service teams for data accuracy and timely reporting. Generate reports on vehicle sales performance, stock position, and profitability analysis. Assist management in planning and forecasting through data insights. Ensure proper data backup, documentation, and confidentiality of information. Support automation and process improvement initiatives within the MIS function. Liaise with management and auditors for data-related queries. --- Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Computer Applications, or related field. 2–5 years of relevant experience in the automobile industry. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP/DMS software (e.g., AutoDMS, Tally, or similar). Strong analytical and reporting skills. Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
