Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced MIS Executive / Finance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of Excel, Tally, and accounting processes, with hands-on experience in handling export and domestic documentation. This role is crucial for supporting our finance and operations team with accurate reporting and smooth financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update Management Information Systems (MIS) and financial data.
• Perform day-to-day accounting using Tally ERP.
• Manage export and domestic documentation including invoices, shipping bills, and related compliance.
• Prepare and analyze Excel reports for internal and external use.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies for documentation and financial matters.
• Ensure timely data entry and reconciliation of accounts.
• Assist in preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports.
• Support audits and ensure all financial records are properly maintained.
• Perform general administrative and finance-related tasks as needed.

Key Skills Required:

• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis, etc.)
• Proficiency in Tally ERP
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.
• Familiarity with export and domestic trade documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Female candidates with 3–5 years of relevant experience in MIS or Finance roles.
• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
