Job Summary:

MIS Executive – Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports and dashboards.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance vs. targets across regions/SKUs.
  • Coordinate with CFAs to manage stock levels, dispatches, and inventory movement.
  • Track and ensure optimal

    fill rate performance

    to avoid stock-outs and improve order fulfillment.
  • Maintain data accuracy across sales and inventory databases.
  • Support the sales and logistics team with actionable insights based on MIS reports.
  • Generate and automate reports using Excel, ERP systems, and BI tools.
  • Provide timely reports to senior management to assist in decision-making.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–4 years of relevant experience in MIS, CFA coordination, and sales operations in FMCG.
  • Strong command over MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Macros).
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and reporting tools like Power BI/Tableau (preferred).
  • Good understanding of CFA functioning, stock management, and supply chain coordination.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills.
