MIS Executive - Sales

Work Type : Bangalore - Work from Sales Office & On-field

Office Timings : 9.30am to 6.30pm IST

CTC : INR 3.90 Lakhs to 4.20 Lakhs/ annum

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Team Player, Proactive with Integrity
• Develop, maintain, and update MIS reports for Sales and Revenue.
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
• Create reports and visual reports for management to track operational efficiency.
• Monitor and analyse raw data for better market planning.
• Maintain records and files in an organized manner
• Verify and cross-check information for errors
• Work closely with Sales, and Operations teams to provide data-driven insights.
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices in data management and reporting in the future
• Complete responsibility for Lead, Prospect, Proposal, Order tracking, and Coordinating between the internal and external partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.

Experience:

• Candidates with prior 2+ years of experience in “ IF Condition Multiple Criteria / VLOOKUP / H LOOKUP / Count if / Count ifs/ Sum if / sum ifs/ Rank / Sum Product / PPT / Charts / Max / Min / Index.”
• Strong knowledge and experience in Google Sheets and Advanced Excel
• Candidates with prior experience in CRM.
