Job Description

You will be responsible for developing and executing enterprise sales strategies to acquire revenue from Enterprise & B2B clients, focusing on IT/ITeS, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Education, and similar industries. This includes understanding the organization's hierarchy, decision-making process, challenges, and offering suitable solutions. You will need to encourage target accounts to engage with VTT and convert these engagements into meaningful conversations leading to customer conversion. Your role will involve client acquisition through prospecting and closing deals, building relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, leadership, and CXOs. You will collaborate with internal/external stakeholders, legal, and Operations teams to facilitate timely responses and achieve deal closures. In addition, you will be required to conduct market analysis, competitor research, and map accounts within your geography. Staying informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor performances will be crucial to refine sales strategies and positioning among target accounts. It is essential to conduct due diligence before each client interaction to provide the best solutions and gather feedback for product positioning based on market demand. Furthermore, you will negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements, collaborating with internal & external stakeholders to finalize contracts. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree; MBA is a plus Experience: - Previous experience in generating and closing large ticket-size deals, preferably INR 25 Lakhs and above - Minimum of 4+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in IT/ITeS, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Education, and related industries - Candidates with 4+ years of experience in enterprise sales of Employee Transportation Solutions, Software Sales, Networking/Telecommunication Solutions, Facility Management, Commercial Real Estate, and related big ticket sales are preferred.
