MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and update MIS reports on operational, financial, and project performance metrics.
• Gather, validate, and analyze data from various departments including engineering, operations, and project management.
• Prepare dashboards, trend analysis, and performance tracking reports for management review.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all MIS tools and databases.
• Automate data collection and reporting processes for efficiency using advanced Excel functions and macros.
• Coordinate with project teams to monitor progress and highlight variances.
• Support management in data-driven decision-making through detailed analytics.
• Assist in preparation of presentations and documents for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related engineering field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or reporting in an engineering

Technical Skills:

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts, data validation, macros).
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) preferred.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or database management is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
