Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for sales, distribution, and operations.
  • Track and analyze secondary sales, stock movement, dispatches, and inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with sales, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure accurate data reporting.
  • Generate performance dashboards and highlight variances for management review.
  • Provide data insights to improve sales forecasting, demand planning, and supply efficiency.
  • Support business leaders in market trend analysis, dealer performance, and KPI tracking.
  • Ensure timely submission of all MIS reports with 100% accuracy.

Key Skills Required

  • Strong command of MS Excel (Advanced Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, Macros, etc.).
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with sales reporting, dealer/distributor data management, and stock analysis.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.
  • 3–4 years of MIS experience in FMCG or Automobile industry (mandatory).
