Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a data-driven environment and enjoys working with Excel, financial reports, and business operations support.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Compliance & Asset Management:

• Monitor and manage the lifecycle of logistics assets, ensuring all vehicles and operational equipment have valid permits, licenses, and regulatory documents.
• Track renewal timelines for permits, registrations, insurances, and ensure timely renewals to maintain operational compliance.
• Maintain a centralized compliance tracker and flag upcoming expirations to relevant departments.
• Liaise with local, state, and federal regulatory bodies for documentation requirements and updates.
• Ensure all compliance data is accurately updated and maintained in internal systems.

2. Data Management & Financial Reporting:

• Validate and reconcile daily and monthly brokerage and revenue data to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain and update Excel-based financial trackers for revenue, brokerage, and claims.
• Analyze variances and highlight discrepancies to the finance and operations teams.

3. Claims & Documentation Oversight:

• Review and verify claims received via CSB (Customer Service Backoffice) channels.
• Ensure all claim-related documentation is accurately recorded and filed in system databases.
• Provide weekly reports on claim trends and statuses to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Min Experience 3 yrs / Knowledge in Compliance of US Logistics is preferable
• Qualification : Any graduate / Post Graduate ( B.Tech/ BBA/ MBA)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of data visualization tools is a plus.
• Understanding of data security and compliance standards.
• Prior experience in MIS, logistics support, or offshoring services preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
