Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven MIS Executive to join our in-office team in Jasola. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting data that is essential for decision-making and performance monitoring across departments. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update reports in Excel and Google Sheets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Create dashboards and data visualizations to support internal reporting. Automate routine reports using Excel macros or scripts where applicable. Extract and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. Generate ad-hoc reports based on business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to gather and interpret data. Ensure timely delivery of all reports with high accuracy. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Statistics, Computer Applications, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in MIS/Data Management roles (preferably in a digital or marketing agency). Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Charts, etc.). Experience with Google Sheets, Google Data Studio, or similar BI tools is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle large data sets and multitask under tight deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
