MIS Coordinator

Job Summary

The MIS Coordinator is responsible for collecting, compiling, analyzing, and reporting data to support management decision-making. The role ensures accurate maintenance of records, timely preparation of reports, and effective coordination between departments for data flow and reporting compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate, and maintain data from various departments and project sites.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to operations, manpower, attendance, expenses, and performance.
• Maintain and update databases, trackers, and dashboards using Excel or MIS tools.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of reports to management.
• Coordinate with site teams, supervisors, and department heads to obtain required information.
• Monitor KPIs and highlight deviations, delays, or data gaps to reporting managers.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and internal reviews.
• Support management with data analysis and presentation for meetings and reviews.
• Ensure confidentiality and integrity of organizational data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BA, or equivalent).
• Diploma or certification in MIS, data management, or computer applications is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
• Basic knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple reports.

Experience

• Freshers or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or coordination roles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
