Maintain strong relationships with existing domestic buyers. Present product ranges, catalogues, and new collections to customers. Conduct regular follow-ups on quotations, samples, and order status. Understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. Handle client meetings, video calls, and showroom visits professionally. Maintain sales reports, client databases, and follow-up trackers. Represent the company at exhibitions, buyer meets, and trade events. Ensure timely delivery, service quality, and customer satisfaction. Achieve monthly sales targets and support overall business growth. Must be comfortable with field sales and client visits as required Candidates with prior experience (minimum 8-10 years) in Jewellery industry (Gold/Silver). Strong product knowledge of jewellery manufacturing, grading, styles, and market categories. Proven experience in B2B jewellery sales (minimum 8-10 years) , client handling, and closing deals. Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in digital catalog pitching (WhatsApp, PDFs, CRM). Willingness to travel extensively for domestic client visits and exhibitions. We are seeking a skilled MIS (Management Information Systems) Executive to join our dynamic team with strong skills in Advanced Excel and report automation. The ideal candidate should be capable of analysing large datasets, generating business reports, and supporting management with data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities : Collect, analyse, and interpret data from multiple departments to generate actionable insights. Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on key business performance metrics. Monitor the performance of MIS systems and ensure their smooth functioning. Recommend and implement enhancements to existing systems to improve efficiency. Ensure MIS operations are aligned with overall business goals and strategies. Collaborate with departments such as Finance, Operations, and HR to fulfill their data needs. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive organizational data. Keep detailed records of system updates, configurations, and changes. Ability to manage large datasets and multiple reporting formats using Advanced Excel Formulas and conditional formatting for reporting and analysis. Effective communication and coordination skills. Maintain templates, trackers and automated MIS formats. Identify data discrepancies and implement corrective actions. Maintain documentation, MIS logs and structured data records.
