Develop and implement employee related policies and procedures for the company Collect and assess HR data for performance management and other tasks using metrics. Coordinate with the business partners and ensure operations flow is as per the agreed terms of the agreement, this would include process including but not limited to, adherence to TAT, quality check of the data received, KYC validations, accuracy of the repayment schedules, demand generation, collection reconciliation.- Managing the overall portfolios performance, overdue monitoring, follow up for legal recoveries with partners, vendors.- Ensure all data is timely and accurately available on the loan management system. - Manage the partnership team, and work towards their skills upgradation.- Process all types of the purchase order, invoices, bill financing, Lease financing, and export bill validation requests based on internal policies.- Establish payable amounts and create a repayment schedule.- Handling Client queries- Generating statement/advice and any other transaction statement or certificate as per customer request or as per internal or statutory compliance requirements.- Keeping track of maturities related to loans such as LAP.- Coordinate with all stakeholders (internal and external) and ensure smooth disbursements.- Responsible for product designing, processes, and procedures as per company policies.- Establish and maintain professional business relationships with the partner companies.- Experience with loans systems such as Loan LAP is preferred.- Ensures loan documentation, loan closings, loan files, audits, and operational risks are managed and conducted consistent with various LOB - Commercial loan operations experience preferred with knowledge of industry and regulatory requirements- Reviewing loan documentation and closing loans by signing off on final documents till disbursement Ability to set expectations with clients and internal stakeholders. - Ability to analyze and calculate figures and amounts on complex loan transactions. - Ability to resolve problems and escalated issues - Excellent MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills Location - Dhole Patil Road, Pune Station, Pune / Akshay Complex, Near Madhuban Hotel, Pune Station, Pune
