Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 6-9 years of experience to join our team as an MIS & Business Analytics specialist in the BFSI sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and business insights, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain complex data models to support business decisions.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns, providing actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement business strategies.
Create detailed reports and dashboards to communicate findings and insights.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.
