About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Associate to join our remote operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, updating, and analyzing business data to support management decision-making. You will ensure data accuracy, generate timely reports, and contribute to improving organizational efficiency through effective data handling and reporting practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update data from multiple sources into internal systems.
• Verify data integrity, identify inconsistencies, and resolve errors.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security standards.
• Generate and manage reports for management review and operational tracking.
• Assist in maintaining and improving the Management Information System (MIS).
• Perform regular data quality checks to ensure reliability and accuracy.
• Support administrative tasks, file organization, and process documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline data workflows.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Basic understanding of data entry and MIS processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a remote setup.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
