MIS Associate

Overview:

As an MIS Associate, you will play a crucial role in the operational backbone of

Streamlyns analytics and reporting ecosystem. You will be responsible for gathering,

consolidating, and analyzing data from multiple ad servers, SSPs, and DSPs. Your

reports will serve as essential tools for internal teams to track performance, make

data-driven decisions, and support publisher and advertiser reporting needs. You will

also be responsible for timely updates and maintenance of publisher dashboards to

ensure real-time data visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Collection & Reporting:

• Download and consolidate performance reports from various ad servers, SSPs, and DSPs.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency in data collection and reporting.

2. Analytical Report Preparation:

• Create detailed analytical reports for internal stakeholders such as the Ad Ops, Sales, and Business Development teams.
• Assist in creating visualizations and dashboards to communicate data clearly.

3. Dashboard Management:

• Perform timely updates and checks on publisher dashboards to ensure accurate reflection of live performance data.
• Troubleshoot any discrepancies or lags in data visibility, coordinating with relevant teams as needed.

4. Data Maintenance & Documentation:

• Maintain organized records of all reports, dashboards, and raw data files.
• Ensure data hygiene and quality control across all reporting tools and systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to update report templates and documentation as per evolving requirements.

Qualifications:

• 0 to 1 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and timeliness.
• Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple reporting deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively.
