Job Summary: *

We're seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our BPO team. The ideal candidate will manage and analyze operational data, generate reports, and ensure data accuracy to support decision-making processes across departments.

Key Responsibilities:*
Design, develop, and maintain reports using MS Excel, Power BI, or other tools
Extract and analyze data to provide actionable insights
Automate reports and improve processes
Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy
Coordinate with operations, HR, and quality teams
Prepare dashboards and performance trackers
Monitor KPIs and generate variance reports
Assist in forecasting, planning, and budgeting
Required Skills & Qualifications:*
Graduate in any discipline ((link unavailable), BBA, BCA preferred)
1-3 years of experience in MIS or data analysis in BPO/service environment
Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros)
Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
Understanding of BPO metrics (AHT, SLA, Attrition)
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:*
Certification in Data Analytics or Advanced Excel
Experience with SQL or database management tools
Familiarity with workforce management (WFM) tools
