Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mining Field Executive based in Talabira. The Mining Field Executive will oversee daily mining field operations, monitor production activities, manage machinery maintenance, and ensure proper reporting and analysis of trips and fuel usage. The role also involves supervising staff and ensuring operational standards are met while maintaining safety protocols and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, manage, and troubleshoot KiarX hardware in mining fleets.
• Train drivers and operators on KiarX solutions.
• Monitor mining operations in real time using KiarX digital tools.
• Provide on-site service, preventive maintenance, and technical support.
• Report operational insights and ensure system uptime.
• Assist client teams for seamless adoption of technology.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in mining operations, equipment monitoring, and production management.
• Experience in data documentation, reporting, and analyzing site performance.
• Strong communication and coordination skills for effective team management.
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Understanding of safety regulations and adherence to compliance standards.
• Technical knowledge of mining equipment and related maintenance practices.
• Willingness to work on-site and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
