Position Overview

We are seeking passionate and proactive Field Executives to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling KiarX hardware and digital solutions at client mining sites, ensuring smooth adoption of technology, and providing hands-on support to operators and client teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, manage, and troubleshoot KiarX hardware in mining fleets.
• Train drivers and operators on KiarX solutions.
• Monitor mining operations in real time using KiarX digital tools.
• Provide on-site service, preventive maintenance, and technical support.
• Report operational insights and ensure system uptime.
• Assist client teams for seamless adoption of technology.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mining, or related fields) - Preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience (Freshers with technical aptitude are encouraged to apply).
• Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to train and communicate with drivers/operators effectively.
• Willingness to work on-site at mining locations.
• Basic knowledge of digital tools and hardware installation is a plus
