Description and Requirements Needs to have good experience in the area Operations and Program Management with 10+ Years of Experience. 1) End- to end Planning at detailed level for each of the Projects 2) Coordinating and Preparing the Plan with key Stakeholders with clear set of Actions and owners to drive these actions 3) Timely and Periodic Tracking of progress on these Projects and follow-up with respective owners to ensure timely closure and execution 4) Support in resolving any issues working with Cross-functional teams thru coordination and evaluating various Options working with Cross functional teams and SME 5) Periodic executive reviews to share the progress on these Projects 6) Timely delivery of milestones as per the Project Plan Key Skills Required Functional Operations and GSC Exposure Basics of Finance and Biz case understanding MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) Analytical Skills Presentation Skills Behavioral Good communication Skills Good Interpersonal Skills Ability to learn and high degree of Flexibility to adapt quickly Ability to handle complex/ ambiguous situation Ability to Handle pressure and remain calm Leadership Ability to work with teams across functions/Cultures Self motivated with ability to own and close issues with consensus Ability to Interact and communicate effectively with the Senior Leadership team Ability to look at the details as well as the bigger picture Additional Locations : India - KarnÄtaka - Bangalore India - KarnÄtaka - BANGALORE India India - KarnÄtaka * India - KarnÄtaka - Bangalore , * India - KarnÄtaka - BANGALORE NOTICE FOR PUBLIC At Lenovo, we follow strict policies and legal compliance for our recruitment process, which includes role alignment, employment terms discussion, final selection and offer approval, and recording transactions in our internal system.
