We are now seeking a dedicated Middle Wing Coordinator to join our team and support our growing operations. Role Responsibilities Coordinate communication between different departments for project alignment. Manage schedules and organize meetings to facilitate effective collaboration. Oversee day-to-day operations of the middle wing team. Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely delivery. Track project milestones and deliverables, providing regular updates to management. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for stakeholder meetings. Identify areas for improvement in operational processes. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures within the team. Provide support in resolving any conflicts that arise during project execution. Create and maintain a project database for tracking progress. Collaborate with team members to foster a productive work environment. Facilitate training sessions for new team members. Perform administrative duties as needed to support team operations. Act as the point of contact for external inquiries related to middle wing operations. Maintain a positive and proactive attitude to enhance team morale. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Proven experience in project management or team coordination. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving abilities. High attention to detail and organization. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with conflict resolution and negotiation. Dynamic leadership skills that inspire and motivate others. Understanding of workflow optimization techniques. Familiarity with HR and staffing practices is a plus. Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and challenges. Strong interpersonal skills to maintain positive working relationships. Knowledge of database management systems. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
