Role & responsibilities

Academic Leadership

Plan, implement, and monitor the curriculum for Grades 68

Ensure alignment with board guidelines and school academic goals

Observe classroom teaching and provide constructive feedback

Support teachers in lesson planning, assessments, and innovative teaching strategies

Teacher Coordination & Development

Mentor and guide middle school teachers

Conduct regular academic meetings and training sessions

Monitor teacher performance and support professional development

Student Development

Track academic progress and overall development of students

Address academic, behavioral, and emotional needs of students

Promote discipline, values, and a positive learning environment

Assessment & Evaluation

Oversee examinations, assessments, and result analysis

Ensure timely completion of academic records and reports

Use data to improve teaching-learning outcomes

Parent & Stakeholder Communication

Communicate effectively with parents regarding academic progress and concerns

Address parent queries and support school-parent collaboration

Administrative Responsibilities

Coordinate timetables, substitutions, and academic schedules

Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures

Support school events, activities, and inspections

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications:

Masters Degree & B.Ed.

Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum

• Sound knowledge of middle school pedagogy
• Organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively
• Proficiency in MS Office and school ERP systems
