Facilitator

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Facilitator to join our team at Kotak Education Foundation. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to facilitate engaging sessions.

• Develop and implement effective facilitation strategies to enhance engagement and participation.
• Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active learning.
• Design and deliver interactive workshops, training sessions, and meetings.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop high-quality content.
• Evaluate session effectiveness and provide feedback for improvement.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.

• Proven experience in facilitation or a related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design models.
• Familiarity with educational technology tools and platforms is an asset.
