fundamental life, leadership, and entrepreneurship skills and attitudes.

At Playtos, we believe in empowering young minds to unleash their full potential. Thus,

we aspire to nurture the catalytic skills and the innate capabilities of early adolescents

equipping them with vital life, leadership, and entrepreneurship skills and attitudes,

fostering holistic development beyond conventional academics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and facilitate creative and innovative sessions, activities and workshops based on

Playtos philosophy, curriculum and methodology tailored to the needs and interests of

early adolescents aged 10-14;

• Collaborate with Senior Mischief Makers and the Play Master to design innovative

experiential learning activities as and when needed;

• Facilitate the integration of the Playtos Core Competencies and Qualities into the

Playtonites in a fun and engaging manner;

• Support the Playtonites in their preparation for the Punctuating Event;

• Embrace the role of mentor and role model, fostering positive relationships with the

Playtonites and inspiring them to adopt a growth mindset, and unleash their creativity

and imagination;

• Support and assist with extra-curricular activities such as Electives, Community

Service Retreats, Nature Retreats, etc.;

• Stay up-to-date with trends in youth culture, entertainment, education, and technology

to continuously enhance the Playtos Experience;
