Facilitator

As an on-site Learning & Development (L&D) Facilitator at a staffing and workforce solutions firm in the recruitment and talent-services sector supporting client-facing teams across industries, your role will involve delivering engaging, instructor-led classroom and on-site workshops aligned to defined learning objectives and client expectations. You will adapt and localise standard training content using adult-learning best practices to suit diverse learner groups and skill levels. It will be your responsibility to conduct training needs analysis and pre/post assessments to measure knowledge transfer and identify follow-up actions. Additionally, you will manage session logistics on-site including attendance tracking, materials, equipment set-up, and time management to ensure smooth delivery. Providing actionable feedback and coaching to participants and stakeholders, escalating competency gaps, and recommending remediation plans will also be part of your duties. You will maintain training records, prepare concise session reports, and collaborate with L&D leads to iterate instructional materials and evaluation metrics.
