Facilitator

Facilitator cum Resource Person: You shall represent the foundation and act as the POC for any events scheduled in Indore.
Responsibilities:1. Communication Skills: You shall be able to communicate and have public speaking ability. This requirement is purely for the purpose of interacting with employees and talking to POCs with decency and being mindful with conversations.2. Logistics: Every event has a list of materials that needs to be procured before the scheduled date. You shall be able to arrange the materials and supervise the delivery to the location. Ensure that the delivery is done accordingly in timely manner.3. Supervision: You shall be able to host the event and supervise the event from starting to event. Make sure that you listen every queries and act upon it, ensure that employees are getting heard. You will be responsible to sail the event smoothly till the event.Incentives:1. Remuneration: ₹3500 per event. Each event time spans for 3-5 hours. 2. Fuel cost: ₹5003. Certificate of Appreciation (Denoting the ability to manage resources and supervise events)4. Letter of Recommendation
