• Role & responsibilities 1. Executive Support: Manage the Chief Executives calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence; ensure timely responses and follow-ups. Prepare agendas, minutes, presentations, and briefing documents for meetings and events. 2. Communication & Coordination: Act as a liaison between the Chief Executive and internal teams, external stakeholders, and government agencies. Coordinate inter-departmental communications on behalf of the Chief Executive. 3. Project Management: Assist in tracking key strategic initiatives, monitoring progress, and reporting on deliverables. Ensure timely submission of reports, documents, and project updates. 4. Confidentiality & Documentation: Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and executive-level documents. Organize and manage records, reports, files, and documentation systematically. 5. Meeting & Event Management: Coordinate internal and external meetings and special events attended by the Chief Executive. Ensure all logistical and operational arrangements are handled smoothly. 6. Research & Analysis: Conduct background research, compile data, and provide analytical support to aid decision-making by the Chief Executive. 7. Administrative Tasks: Handle expense claims, reimbursements, and related administrative paperwork for the Chief Executive. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Chief Executive from time to time.
