Job Description

Role Purpose:

The incumbent will provide strategic and administrative support to the Chief Executive while also driving process improvements, data-driven decision-making, and organizational efficiency

Key Responsibility Areas

Analyze and streamline processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of HODs and prepare management dashboards.
Facilitate data-driven decision-making through analysis and reporting.
Document SOPs, workflows, and ensure compliance with established standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices.
Prepare, draft, and review presentations, reports, and official correspondence.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the Chief Executive.
Track decisions and ensure timely follow-up on key action points.
Organize meetings of HODs and maintain documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
