Timely Payment Processing- -Schedule and process payments as per due dates to avoid late fees or supply disruption. -Maintain a calendar of recurring and one-time payments. 3. Vendor Reconciliation - -Regularly reconcile vendor accounts to ensure there are no outstanding or duplicate payments. -Address mismatches or disputes in coordination with procurement and vendors. 4. The consultant will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations of the SAP PM and MM modules, troubleshooting issues, implementing enhancements, and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to optimize processes. Key Responsibilities: • Provide day-to-day support for SAP PM and MM modules, resolving incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs. • Collaborate with business users in the dairy industry to understand requirements and translate them into functional solutions. • Perform system configuration, testing, and documentation for enhancements and change requests. • Support preventive and corrective maintenance processes, asset management, and materials planning specific to dairy operations. • Monitor integration points between PM, MM, and other modules (FI/CO, PP, QM, etc.). • Assist in master data management for equipment, BOMs, maintenance plans, and material masters. • Provide user training and prepare user manuals. • Liaise with SAP technical team (ABAP/development) for customizations and debugging. • Participate in system upgrades, patching, and testing activities. Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. • 2+ years of experience as an SAP PM and MM consultant, preferably in the dairy or FMCG industry. • Strong knowledge of maintenance processes, spare parts management, procurement, and inventory management. • Experience in handling dairy industry-specific requirements (cold chain, consumables, packaging, utilities maintenance, etc.). • Good understanding of SAP integration with production and quality modules. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Preferred: • Experience with SAP S/4HANA. • Familiarity with dairy industry compliance and operational standards.
