Facilitator

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Facilitator to join our team at Kotak Education Foundation. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to facilitate workshops, training sessions, and other educational programs.

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to promote student learning and achievement.
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and interaction.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to design and deliver comprehensive educational programs.
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve outcomes.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and community members to promote the foundation's mission.
• Stay updated with best practices in education and incorporate new ideas into teaching methods.

• Proven experience as a facilitator or educator, preferably in a similar role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people, including students, teachers, and community members.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design models.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in education.
