Facilitator

Klay Preschool and Daycare is seeking a LAP Facilitator to support neurodivergent children aged 2 to 6 years in a school or therapy setting. The role requires implementing learning support strategies and creating a nurturing and inclusive environment to promote each child's development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Individualized Support:

  Work with neurodivergent children to provide personalized learning and development support.

• Program Implementation:

  Execute learning and therapy plans designed for children in the 26 year age group.

• Monitoring & Feedback:

  Track each child's progress and provide feedback to parents and the teaching team.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with educators and therapists to ensure cohesive support for children.

• Resource Preparation:

  Prepare and organize learning materials and resources required for the sessions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education

  or

  Master's degree in Psychology

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of full-time experience working with neurodivergent children in a school or therapy setting

Preferred Candidate:
