Job Description

Job Title: HR Associate Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated HR Associate with 1-2 years of experience in the Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support in various HR functions, including payroll, employee relations, and compliance. Roles and Responsibilities: -Maintain and update employee master data in HRMS. -Support in maintaining records of leaves, attendance, and timesheets. -Support in the preparation of MIS reports related to payroll and compliance. -Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all HR regulations -Coordinate with insurance vendor for insurance details.
