Mid-Level US IT Recruiter

Job Title: Mid-Level US IT Recruiter

• Manage

  end-to-end recruitment

  for IT positions across the US market.
• Source candidates through

  job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, internal database, networking, and referrals

  .
• Screen candidates for

  technical skills, communication levels, work eligibility (US Citizens, GC, H1B, OPT, etc.)

  , and role fit.
• Negotiate

  rates (W2, C2C, 1099)

  and coordinate interviews with hiring managers or clients.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring technical positions.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to understand job requirements and client expectations.
• Ensure timely follow-ups, maintain candidate relationships, and provide an excellent candidate experience.
• Keep accurate records in the ATS and ensure compliance with company processes.
• Stay updated on

  US recruitment trends

  , immigration policies, and technology skills in demand.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience as a

  US IT Recruiter

  in a staffing or consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of US recruitment processes, tax terms, time zones, and work authorizations.
• Experience hiring for technologies such as

  Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, QA, ERP, Networking, and Cybersecurity

  .
• Proficiency with job portals and sourcing tools (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with

  VMS/MSP clients

• Understanding of

  ATS tools

  (e.g., Bullhorn, JobDiva, CEIPAL).
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
