We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with deep expertise in Microsoft Cloud Solutions to lead our sales efforts in the Hyderabad region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise sales, partner engagement, and solution selling across Microsoft’s portfolio including Azure, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics 365.
Drive revenue growth by selling Microsoft Cloud solutions to mid-market and enterprise customers.
Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with Datacipher’s business goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft account teams, distributors, and ecosystem partners.
Identify customer needs and position Microsoft solutions to address business challenges.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
Track and report sales performance metrics, pipeline status, and forecast accuracy.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT sales, with at least 3 years focused on Microsoft solutions.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics 365.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Experience working with Microsoft Partner Network and leveraging co-sell motions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field. MBA is a plus.
