Must-Have**

(Experience Range) 8-10 years of hands-on experience in enterprise messaging systems, including Exchange, Office 365, and hybrid environments.

Good-to-Have Exposure to cloud-based messaging migrations, automation scripting, mobile device management, and enterprise compliance tools.


Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1 · Manage and support enterprise messaging platforms including Microsoft Exchange and Office 365. · Ensure secure, reliable, and efficient email communication across the organization. · Design, implement, and maintain hybrid messaging environments (on-premises and cloud). · Monitor mail flow, server health, and system performance using appropriate tools. · Troubleshoot and resolve messaging-related incidents and service requests. · Implement email security protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and data loss prevention (DLP) policies. · Automate routine tasks and reporting using PowerShell or other scripting tools. · Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and compliance teams to align messaging services with organizational policies. · Support email migrations, upgrades, and integration projects. · Maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and change management. · Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal governance frameworks. · Provide technical guidance and training to support teams and end-users. · Participate in capacity planning, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives. · Stay updated with emerging messaging technologies and recommend improvements. · Analyze and optimize mail routing and delivery performance across platforms. · Manage mailbox provisioning, retention policies, and archiving solutions. · Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to mitigate phishing and spam threats. · Support integration of messaging systems with collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint). · Participate in strategic planning for messaging infrastructure upgrades and scalability.
