Brief about the Role:❖ We are seeking a Microsoft Fabric & Power BI Engineer to design, develop, and manage end-to-end data analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, primarily for government and enterprise-scale projects.❖ The role involves data ingestion, transformation, modelling, visualization, governance, and performance optimization, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performing analytics platforms.❖ The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, architects, and governance teams to translate data into actionable insights. Key Skills:Technical Skills (Must Have):·      Strong expertise in Microsoft Fabric components, including:o  Data Factory (Pipelines)o  OneLakeo  Lakehouseo  Data Engineering & Data Science workloadso  Real-Time Analytics·      Advanced experience with Microsoft Power BI:o  Power BI Desktop & Serviceo  DAX (Data Analysis Expressions)o  Power Query (M language)o  Semantic models & datasetso  Report optimization & performance tuning·      Data modeling concepts:o  Star & Snowflake schemaso  Fact & Dimension tables·      Strong knowledge of SQL (T-SQL) and query optimization·      Experience with Azure Data Services:o  Azure SQLo  Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS Gen2)o  Azure Synapse (good to have)·      Data integration from multiple sources:o  Databases, APIs, Flat files, Cloud sources·      Row-Level Security (RLS), Object-Level Security (OLS)·      Version control using Git and CI/CD exposure

Certifications (Good to Have):·      Microsoft Certified: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate·      Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300)·      Azure Data Engineer / Azure Solutions Architect certifications

Domain & Analytical Skills:·      Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and compliance·      Experience handling large-scale datasets and performance-sensitive dashboards·      Ability to convert business requirements into analytical models & insights·      Knowledge of audit, reporting, and compliance needs in regulated environments

Soft Skills & Behavioural Traits:·      Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset·      Clear communication with technical & non-technical stakeholders·      Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams·      High ownership, accountability, and attention to detail·      Comfortable working in onsite government project environments

Must Have:·      Strong professional discipline and work ethics·      Commitment to data accuracy, performance, and security·      Ability to meet deadlines and delivery expectations
