Engagement Key Details: Job Type : Full Time Experience : 5 to 8 Years Position : Salesforce Quality Engineer Location : Remote Start Date : ASAP (Immediate Joiners preferable) Timings : 2PM IST to 11 PM IST Duration : Long Term Key Skills : well versed with Provar, Playwright, Selenium and all sort of testing (SIT/RT/UAT), JIRA, Exp in Salesforce testing, Agile methodologies, Confluence, Version Control / CI-CD Awareness About this role: The Salesforce Quality Engineer (QE) will be responsible for Regression, Functional, UI, and End-to-End testing. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage, delivering a robust and reliable system. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agent Force, along with hands-on automation experience using Playwright, Selenium and Provar tools. What you will do: · Understand business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories (JIRA) and translate them into test scenarios. · Design, review, and execute SIT, Regression, and End-to-End test cases. · Create and maintain automation scripts using Provar, Playwright and Selenium for regression test cases. · Perform manual validation to ensure alignment with business/user requirements. · Identify, report, and track defects using JIRA and prepare detailed defect reports. · Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Grooming, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives). · Collaborate with Business/BA teams and support UAT and business demonstrations. · Maintain project documentation and test assets in Confluence.
