Microsoft Dynamics Consultant

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Techno-Functional Consultant who will play a key role in designing, configuring, and implementing Business Central solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of functional expertise (Finance, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Manufacturing) and technical skills (extensions, integrations, customizations) to support end-to-end ERP implementations and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV) across multiple modules.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design functional and technical solutions.
• Configure and customize Business Central to align with business processes.
• Develop and manage extensions, integrations, and reports using AL language and other Microsoft tools.
• Support warehousing, supply chain, finance, and manufacturing modules based on project needs.
• Conduct UAT, system testing, and end-user training sessions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in collaboration with technical and functional teams.
• Prepare technical documentation, functional design documents, and provide post-go-live support.

Skill & Qualification:

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.
• Proven experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant handling both functional processes and technical customization.
• Expertise in at least two of the following modules: Finance, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Manufacturing, or Inventory Management.
• Good knowledge of AL / C/AL programming, extensions, APIs, and integration concepts.
• Understanding of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) and Microsoft ecosystem integration.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional / Technical Consultant Associate.
• Experience in upgrade or migration projects (NAV to Business Central).
• Exposure to Azure and DevOps environment.
