About the Role

We are seeking a Meta & Google Ads Executive to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads. This role is ideal for a performance-driven professional with hands-on experience in campaign execution and optimization.

You will work closely with the performance, creative, and strategy teams to deliver measurable results for client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
• Conduct audience research, keyword research, and assist in building effective targeting strategies
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
• Perform regular optimizations to improve campaign efficiency and performance
• Coordinate with designers and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
• Maintain accurate tracking sheets for budgets, performance data, and leads
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
• Stay updated with platform policies, ad formats, and industry best practices
• Required Qualifications
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and/or Google Ads
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads dashboard
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, ad formats, bidding strategies, and campaign structures
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and suggest actionable insights
• Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel for reporting and analysis
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience with lead generation and performance campaigns
• Basic understanding of conversion tracking and pixels
• Familiarity with A/B testing and creative optimization
• Exposure to multiple client accounts or industries
