Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating, managing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns focused on driving product sales for eCommerce businesses. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing ad strategies that generate measurable ROI and scale online sales effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max) campaigns.
  • Develop and execute sales-driven ad strategies to increase conversions and ROI.
  • Manage daily campaign budgets, bids, and performance to ensure maximum profitability.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis.
  • Optimize campaigns for best-performing creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.
  • Track and report campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging ad creatives and copy.
  • Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Stay updated with the latest ad trends, platform updates, and eCommerce marketing practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience running Meta and Google Ads for eCommerce.
  • Proven track record of running sales-focused ad campaigns that achieved tangible results.
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixel setup, and remarketing.
  • Experience with Google Merchant Center and Facebook Business Manager.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and campaign reporting.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Shopify, WordPress, or WooCommerce-based eCommerce stores.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Familiarity with email marketing funnels and retargeting strategies.

Compensation:

Competitive salary based on experience and performance.
