Tele Caller & Team Leader

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Telecaller & Team Lead to join our team. This role is a combination of handling direct client/customer interactions through calls and leading a small team of telecallers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong sales/customer service abilities, and proven leadership qualities to guide the team toward achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

Telecalling (Individual Contribution):

• Make outbound calls to potential customers/clients to promote products, services, or campaigns.
• Handle inbound calls, address queries, and provide solutions in a professional manner.
• Achieve individual calling and conversion targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

Team Leadership:

• Supervise, guide, and motivate a team of telecallers to achieve collective performance goals.
• Train new team members on scripts, processes, and communication techniques.
• Monitor daily calls, conversions, and overall productivity of the team.
• Conduct regular meetings to review performance and provide feedback.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and update management on progress and challenges.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Telecaller / Telecaller / Team Lead in sales, customer service, or call center operations.
• Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.
• Ability to handle objections and convert leads into sales.
• Leadership and team management experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred), High School/Diploma accepted with relevant experience.
