Job Title: Telecaller

Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller to join our team at Fly2Infinity Education Consultancy. The role involves reaching out to higher secondary students, informing them about various undergraduate courses, guiding them through the admission process, and encouraging them to visit our office for counseling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to higher secondary students and parents to generate and qualify leads; meet daily outbound-call targets as assigned (for example: 80–120 calls/day, or as defined by management).
  • Clearly explain available courses, college options, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, important deadlines, and fee structures to prospects.
  • Qualify leads by assessing interest level, academic background, and readiness to apply; mark lead status (Hot/Warm/Cold) in the CRM.
  • Schedule counseling appointments and encourage student visits to the office; confirm appointments and send reminders via call or SMS when applicable.
  • Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM or lead database within 24 hours of each interaction, including detailed notes on outcomes and agreed next steps.
  • Follow up with interested students according to a defined cadence (e.g., follow up within 48–72 hours or as per lead priority) to nurture conversions.
  • Achieve daily and monthly conversion targets (e.g., target enrolments or counseling visits) as communicated by management; track and report personal performance metrics.
  • Prepare and submit daily call logs and weekly progress reports to the supervisor, highlighting key conversions, lost opportunities, and reasons for drop-offs.
  • Handle objections professionally, provide accurate information, and escalate complex queries to senior counselors or admission staff when needed.
  • Assist students with the initial admission documentation checklist and guide them on next steps until handover to counselors or admissions team.
  • Participate in regular training and team meetings to improve communication, product knowledge, and conversion techniques.

Requirements:

Good communication and convincing skills.

Basic computer knowledge and data entry ability.

Prior experience in telecalling or counseling (preferred).

Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.

Salary: As per industry standards + incentives

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
